Assembly Bill 2405 (Chapter 917, Statutes of 1998) requires every state agency to appoint a Small Business Advocate to assist bidders and contractors with opportunities each agency may have.
To assist bidders and contractors with the Energy Commission's contracting opportunities for small businesses and how to become a state certified small business, the Commission has appointed Stan Blois as our Small Business Advocate.
