The Energy Commission develops an annual Investment Plan based on funding priorities.

Look here to find more information regarding funded projects. Energy Commission investments generally require matching or leveraged funds that can be identified in the summary. These funds are either public or private funds.

Advisory Committee Member Organizations

The Energy Commission consults with an Advisory Committee in the development of each annual investment plan update. The Advisory Committee includes representatives from industry, fuel and vehicle technology entities, environmental organizations, academic institutions, labor organizations, public health organizations, related state agencies, and other non-governmental organizations.
