Energy Conservation Assistance Act (ECAA) Program Loans
Since 1979, more than $310 million has been allocated to more than 800 recipients (December 2013). This map contains ECAA Program loan information authorized by the California Public Resources Code Section 25410, et seq. The map is segregated by counties.
