The California Energy Commission encourages public participation in its public meetings. To facilitate participation we broadcast many of our public meetings and workshops over the internet using WebEx online meeting service. Full details about the broadcast of a meeting can be found in the notice for that meeting.

Participation through WebEx on-line meeting service
Computer Log on with a Phone Number:
- Go to our WebEx site and enter the unique meeting number given in the meeting notice.
- When prompted, enter your information and the password given in the meeting notice.
- After you log in, a prompt will appear on-screen for you to provide your phone number. In the Number box, type your area code and phone number and click OK to receive a call back on your phone for the audio of the meeting.
- International callers can use the "Country/Region" button to help make their connection.
If you are unable to receive a call-back on your phone or you have no computer access and wish to use WebEx by telephone:
Call 1-866-469-3239 (toll-free in the U.S. and Canada) and when prompted enter the unique meeting given in the meeting notice. International callers can select from WebEx's global call-in numbers.
WebEx Technical Support is available at 1-866-229-3239. Please be aware that the meeting's WebEx audio and on-screen activity may be recorded.
